Yes things have been so slow on here that I uploaded a video from TWO months ago. I figured that I might as well let it get some life and promote BF 1943: one of the best download only titles out. It’s been out for a month and it’s still popular but free publicity never hurts. Plus I figured I should stop fighting technology and learn how to upload videos on the innernets.
Gordon’s a good dude and he was gracious enough to do a quick interview at E3. It was supposed to run on The Smoking Section for our 1943 giveaway last month but we passed on it. So now it’s a FH exclusive. Enjoy!

My friend insisted that I tried this game out and I refused for the longest. Honestly, the pics make it look broke at times and I hated the demo. Still, I scooped it up on ebay for $8 on a whim. I figured that if it was terrible I could go without a subway sandwich for once.

The Smoking Section is giving out free PS3 and Xbox 360 copies of Battlefield 1943 NOW! Hit the post up here, read the preview and follow the directions when you leave a comment. It’s THAT easy. It was dope at E3 and I can’t wait to play my copy tonight. Until then I’ll curb my enthusiasm with Crime Pays and some Team Fortress 2. I’m such a loser. Hit me up on Xbox Live if you got the game. The tag is FNF 115, send a voice message please so I know who you are and please don’t be weird. Later…

Matt Leinart and Stacey Keibler go at it in Madden.*
E3 was dope and all but I had my fill of video games for a while. When the event ended I knew I needed a break from anything related to gaming. Don’t get me wrong cause E3 was fun. But being in two large show floors surrounded by bright lights, loud music, and too many people to count will grate on you. So I went a week and a half long detox to reset myself.
But now I’m back in it like I never left.
I got the news that EA’s Fight Night Round 4 dropped via joystiq and damn near jumped out my chair. EA has been running off at the mouth about how much better this game is than 3 and it looked great in the videos. Still hype isn’t worth anything if you can’t back it up. Naturally I downloaded the game on standby as I watched ball.
A couple of hours and a Cavs win later I got a chance to check out the demo. I opened it and saw the opening splash screen. I waited a few moments and nothing moved. Moments turned to minutes and I thought my xbox froze.

I was going to make this post about Syracuse’s loss of epic proportions last night but I’m good. Instead I’m going to keep it positive and provide some news on a game I’m anticipating.

I had another post saved for today. Long story short it’s still unfinished and I’m in lazy mode. Besides this is actual NEWS, the other post I’m working on is just me complaining about some BS. Now that I think of it I might delete it. Anyway on to what’s important at the moment.

I know I geeked out on Burnout yesterday. With that said I always wanted to try this game.

Here’s the scenario. I have a term paper due next week, a project due later in March, and another term paper due after that. You’d think I’d buckle down and get that shit dealt with right?
Not with this crack-in-a-disc game called Burnout Paradise.
