Because Writing Isn’t Your Day Job
Alot of internut heads talk about how Phonte acts like he has a chip on his shoulder. I’d argue that Rapper Big Pooh, the other half of LB, has dealt with a cinder block’s worth of criticism since the then trio’s first album: The Listening. His flow and writing ability have improved greatly since that record but the hate still remains.
I was going to make this post about Syracuse’s loss of epic proportions last night but I’m good. Instead I’m going to keep it positive and provide some news on a game I’m anticipating.

It’s about time I posted some new music right? I wasn’t going to post anything today until I heard this at 2dp. It’s funny how just one song can get you in the writing mood. This shit knocks and I’m running it back as I type this. I was informed earlier by Gotty at TSS that their EP dropped today on itunes for 3 bucks. Also check out “Mayor” and that interview after the break courtesy of TSS. The group has been performing that song since late ’08 and the mp3 made the rounds a lil over a month ago. This is such lazy blogging but I don’t care. Pac Div is one of my favorite groups right now and I’m spreading the word about their music. It’s the least I could do.
I put their debut album as one to watch out for in ’09 last month. Plus Swiff D (produced both of these songs as well as some other Pac Div bangers) is slept on. He needs to drop a beat tape or something.

I had another post saved for today. Long story short it’s still unfinished and I’m in lazy mode. Besides this is actual NEWS, the other post I’m working on is just me complaining about some BS. Now that I think of it I might delete it. Anyway on to what’s important at the moment.

Sorry for not posting anything for the past couple of days. I’ve been under the weather. Long story short I thought it was allergies at first. Then it turned into a cold. It turns out that the day I actually feel somewhat better is the last day before I go back to school. TERRIBLE! Anyway that’s why shit really stopped to a crawl this week. I did take some of that Nyquil last night so I’m about 85% now. What’s worse is that I’m not sitting on any new music/videos/news that you’d be interested in. Oh well, at least I’m feeling better, right?!
